Providing Hotel Services ( Erbil/Baghdad and Mosul) 

The Iraqi Institution for Development (IID) announces a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision of hotel services in Erbil, Mosul, and Baghdad for a period of one year to support its activities and programs. The tender includes accommodation services (single and double rooms), hospitality services such as coffee breaks and meals, and meeting and training halls, with a commitment to providing high-quality services including internet, air conditioning, and necessary equipment such as projectors, in accordance with the specifications outlined in Annex No. (1) . Applicants must submit a signed and stamped technical and financial offer along with the required official documents. Bids will be evaluated based on price, quality of services, previous experience, and booking flexibility. Proposals should be sent to (tender@iidiraqi.org). The submission deadline is 20/05/2026 at 11:59 PM, and late submissions will not be accepted.
